About Me

Hi, I'm Jeannie.

I started Sensibly Me simply because I had messages that I thought the world just needed to hear. I often questioned why people did what they did, and found myself saying "that makes no sense" a LOT.

​

That's when I realized that people didn't understand the reasoning behind many of their actions (or didn't take the time to figure it out).

​

My fascination with self-awareness and the key role it plays in improving one's life continued to grow and today, I realize that it's not the only skill lacking in our culture. 

​

Things like critical thinking, personal responsibility, and good judgment often evade our modern minds and I think it's time we get them back.
